Return Process

    Log into your EliteHubs account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

    Packaging and Protection

    Ensure the device is placed in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

    Shipping and Inspection

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier; our technicians will inspect the unit upon arrival.

    Refund or Replacement

    Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
